Tracy Wilkes-Green, Bright Space Manager

Tracy has worked for Bright Horizons for more than 25 years, first as a Nursery Manager then HR Advisor. Tracy became Manager of the Foundation in Europe in 2009 until the summer of 2016, when she took on the role of Bright Space Manager. Tracy is responsible for setting up and sustaining our Bright Spaces and developing programmes to support them. Tracy is also responsible for our Community Champions, Volunteer Grant, and Make a Difference rewards and recognition programmes. Tracy has an NNEB and DPQS from City and Islington College and her CIPD qualification in England.
