We continue to replenish and renew resources at our 87 existing Bright Spaces to support the work of our partners. Over the last few months we have provided renewal grants to Ellenor and St Elizabeth hospices, Holborn and Feltham Police ABE suites, Fae House shelter, Eve Domestic Abuse Refuge, the Whittington Hospital and Watford Child Protection Suites. We are currently working on new projects with Hampshire and Stevenage Constabulary, Stand Together Against Domestic Abuse, West Yorkshire Police , FDAC and Uxbridge Crown Court. Watch this space!

Fundraising

Thank you so much for all of your AOE fundraising! Over £13,700 has been raised to date, which is incredible. Thank you so much for your generosity and taking part! Look out for details of our 2022 company fundraiser coming soon!

Earlier this year we came together to raise money for Save the Children to support the youngest Ukrainians who have been impacted by the war. Through the generosity of our community we raised over £3,700 in the UK, and raised $37,000 globally! With Bright Horizons match funding $25,000, Bright Horizons will donate more than $62,000 in total.

We are delighted to announce we have been awarded $5,000 by the Janas Henderson Charity Challenge. Huge hanks to the team at Finsbury Park Nursery who did such a great job of promoting the Foundation that their nursery parent, Fede Mocini, nominated us for the donation from his employer. There were 22 finalists and we came in the top 7! This is a great example of how engaging our nursery parent communities can make a difference to the Foundation!
